Report included recommendations (and resources) for strategic and tactical initiatives; management and leadership development, and process communication practices to establish a sustainable, global, innovative, and self-organizing culture.

Tracy, CA, [2007]A Pioneer in the Bio-Medical Waste Management Industry Project: Sales Team Development including assessment, design and delivery of a full day offsite. Assessment included: MBTI online assessments and phone interviews. The multi-media, blended learning, high-engagement six hour facilitated event, engaged participants in considerations for change at the individual, team and management levels of the sales organization.

Oyster Point, South San Francisco, CA [2005-2006 & 1996-1999]A Bio-Tech Industry Pioneer – during the evolutionary process of becoming a mid-sized company. Project 2005-2006: OD consultant and coach contracted to catalyze significant change in mid-level manager who had stalled at the “leadership ceiling”. In addition to 1-1 coaching, designed a situation-specific, collegial group-process intervention, which initiated an appreciation for developing emotional intelligence and social skills to improve interpersonal effectiveness. Project 1996-1999: Designed and facilitated coaching for groups and individuals across numerous functions to improve individual and group responsibility for self-directed learning and results. Coaching was expanded to Regulatory, Project Management, Facilities Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and IT.

Stockton, CA, [2003–2006]Visionary Commuter Rail Entity connecting Central Valley Citizens with the San Francisco Bay Area Project: OD Consultant, Coach, Trainer, and Process Facilitator contracted to advance the professionalism and establish the effectiveness of managers in this five-year young commuter rail entity. The Executive Director’s vision for a progressive 21st century transportation agency, and our collaborative approach to this culture change project, was central to the success of this culture change project. This project required high-touch, dynamic responsiveness, and a multi-disciplinary approach to engage the leadership, management and individual contributors, in learning, developing, and implementing improved policies and communication practices which resulted in improved productivity, planning, employee relations, management practices, and cost control.
